The Verdict

From a pure health perspective, THC is objectively safer than alcohol. Zero overdose deaths, no organ toxicity, and lower addiction potential.

However, neither is "safe" - THC can trigger anxiety, worsen mental health conditions, and impair driving. Alcohol is legal everywhere while THC varies. Both should be used responsibly by adults.
